What to include
Describe what you expected, what happened, the website and chapter URL if it is safe to share, the approximate time and timezone, browser version, extension version, target language, and any Cosmic work or Stripe reference shown in the product. Screenshots should be cropped to the smallest useful area.
What never to send
Never send a full card number, CVC, password, Google credential, session token, API key, private manga archive, or unrelated personal information. Support will not ask for those values.
Report categories
Security or privacy: another account's data, secret exposure, or an unauthorized charge. Billing: duplicate purchase, missing purchased credits, refund, or dispute. Reader: missing panels, broken overlays, incorrect bubbles, glossary, language, or permission behavior.
Current launch status
Checkout offers one-time credit packs and does not auto-renew. Support is handled by Subin Wutthikraikanlaya at subin.wutt@gmail.com. Do not send copyrighted page archives or screenshots containing unnecessary personal information; cropped diagnostic screenshots are preferred.
