Access and permitted content
Readers must use an accurate account, protect access to that account, and process only content they are legally permitted to access and submit. Browser permission to read a page does not grant rights to the manga, webtoon, comic, or website itself.
Translation is assistive
AI translation can omit text, misunderstand context, choose an imperfect name, or place a bubble incorrectly. Cosmic Translate is a reading aid, not a certified translation service. Availability and results can change when websites, browsers, models, or infrastructure change.
Credits and one-time packs
The current beta design sells one-time credit packs, not an automatically renewing subscription. One credit pays for one eligible new manga image or page regardless of bubble count. Reopening a translation already owned by the same account is free under the current rules.
Credits are a limited right to request eligible translation. They are not currency, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Failed or interrupted work is restored idempotently. A refund or dispute can remove unused purchased credits or create non-spendable credit debt when those credits were already used.
Prohibited use
Readers must not use Cosmic Translate to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful material, attack the service, automate account creation, manipulate credits, scrape shared terminology, extract secrets, or overload providers and websites.
Operator and legal terms
Cosmic Translate is operated by Subin Wutthikraikanlaya, 298 XT Hueykwang, Ratchadapisek Road, Hueykwang, Hueykwang 10310, Thailand. The service is for people aged 18 or older. Questions, account deletion requests, and copyright notices can be sent to subin.wutt@gmail.com.
To the extent permitted by law, Cosmic Translate is provided as is and as available; it does not promise uninterrupted availability or translation accuracy. Its total liability is limited to the higher of THB 3,000 or the amount paid in the 12 months before the event. Thai law governs these terms and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction after a good-faith support attempt. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply in the reader's country.
